South Korea Trip Sept 2013 11D10N Itinerary (Seoul, Busan, Jeju)

My colleague is on rotation program for 3 months in Seoul so she has accommodation from our company. My other colleague and I took this chance to visit her in Seoul for 11 days while staying in her hotel room for free. Imagine how much shopping money we saved! :)

I planned for this trip quite extensively and did a lot of research online and used 3 travel guide books so yeah I was pretty kiasu about this!

Me planning the itineraries.... just kidding :)

If you are planning to follow the itinerary, be warned that my travel companions were complaining that we walked like there's no tomorrow so this is definitely not recommended if you are not very fit / do not like walking / bringing kids or elderlies / simply lazy haha :)

In Seoul, we stayed at Oakwood Premier Residence which is near Samseong station and also connected to Coex Mall. We were not so lucky with the timing of this trip because Coex is undergoing major renovation at the moment and most of the shops are closed. However, the supermarket which is in Hyundai dept store is still open for business and there are also quite a lot of restaurants at the top floor and there's also a food court in Hyundai dept store.

This post is meant to be a summary so below is our brief itinerary for the trip. I'll write in more details about the trip in separate posts. Day 9 - 11 are more of our cool-down day where we don't go to any touristy places, just enjoy Seoul as it is :)
